Shipping policy

Standard Shipping Timeframe:

All orders, excluding custom orders, will be dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date once the order has been shipped. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Shipping Destination:

At present, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Tracking Information:

Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your package's tracking number. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery. It's important to note that our access to tracking details is the same as yours.

Incorrect Address:

Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned for this reason, we are not liable for the second shipping charge to resend the package.

Delayed or Lost Orders:

A parcel is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 15 or more business days for US orders. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Once a package leaves Pine Manor Naturals and is scanned as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office and neighbors, and file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
